Home for the Holidays! Well…for me at least. And time to introduce Norina to the family and friends! As well as meet her friends out there! This was our first trip together flying anywhere, and to date, our longest one together. But it went by super fast…as it felt like we were meeting up with people every day…or at least had something planned for every day! It was a fun trip though…probably would’ve been better to stay a bit longer though and be able to relax a bit more. I think we also each gained 5 lbs in 8 days, since it seemed like we were eating every other hour the whole time! All in all though, it was a nice trip, with a good mix of family, friends, food, fun, and fresh air!
THE PLAN
12/23 – 12/30
We flew out on Saturday night, and took a direct red-eye flight to Newark, to get in on Sunday morning. We didn’t have too much laid out in terms of plans…but roughly….Christmas stuff…walk around NYC….see Norina’s friends…see my friends…hang out with my parents. Simple enough…sort of!
