One more month before our big trip! Our Switzerland plans were starting to clear up, and we had a lot of hikes…and a lot of tough ones waiting for us there! So we needed to get our legs a little prepped beforehand. We already had a camping trip up in Vancouver planned where we’d likely get a least one hike in. In addition to that, we decided to add in one more tough hike in Oregon…Mt Defiance!
The plan…pretty simple….1st weekend of August, camping at Golden Ears Provincial Park in BC, and then mid-August, hike up Mt. Defiance for our final preparation hike!
